Conference
We invite you to participate in the next edition of the LASER65 conference. This event is where experts from the public and private spheres who are professionally involved in lasers and interested in gaining contacts and information across different disciplines and approaches meet. All relevant information can be found under the Conference tab.
This year, we have accommodation capacity and a presentation hall for more participants. However, we need to book the places in time. So please register as soon as possible. You can register here until 30 June 2025.

The current conference programme can be found here.
There are always 15 minutes for your oral presentations, including discussion. Please keep this in mind when preparing your presentations. When designing your posters, please keep to the maximum size of 90 x 110 cm.
Basic information and conference fee
The Laser 65 conference will be held from 19 November 2025 to 21 November 2025 at the Kurdějov Hotel. We cordially invite you to participate actively and passively. The invitation to the conference can be found here.

Conference fee: 10 800 CZK
Price includes:
- accommodation in double rooms at the Kurdějov Hotel
- parking on the hotel premises
- meals in the form of full board
- conference proceedings
- traditional evening networking

Price does not include:
- accommodation in a single room
Single rooms are limited in number and are available only for an additional fee, if interested, please contact the organizers at laser@isibrno.cz.
Contribution to the proceedings
A template for your contributions in docx format can be found here. If you choose to submit your paper in Czech, please use the Czech template, which can be found here.
The maximum length of contributions is five pages. Please send your contributions in PDF or docx format no later than 30 October 2024 to laser@isibrno.cz. Put "Contribution to the proceedings" in the subject field and name the file Primeni_Jmeno.docx or Prijmeni_Jmeno.pdf. If you do not submit your paper by the deadline, it will not be included in the proceedings.

Commercial presentations
Again this year, we have decided to dedicate a dignified space at the entrance to the main lecture hall for presentations by our commercial partners. This will allow you to present your offer in a dignified manner.
- The rental price for one table with two chairs and space for one roll-up: 6 000 CZK
- Space for a second roll-up: 2 000 CZK
- Space for a rollup in the lecture room: 4 000 CZK
Please secure your place well in advance. The number of tables and space for rollups in the lecture hall is limited. We can display four rollups in the lecture hall. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are interested.

We offer partners the opportunity to place their logo on the website and in the conference proceedings, listing partners at the opening and closing and before each conference session.
We also offer the possibility of supporting the social programme in the form of a general or partial partnership. Partners will be thanked by name during the programme and provided space for their presentation.
