Basic information and conference fee
The Laser 66 conference will take place from November 11, 2026, to November 13, 2026, at the Kurdějov Resort Hotel. We cordially invite you to participate, whether as a presenter or attendee. Conference invitation, where you will also find all the information.

Conference fee: 13,800 CZK
The price includes:
- accommodation at the Kurdějov Resort Hotel
- parking on the hotel grounds
- full board, coffee breaks with refreshments
- conference proceedings
- traditional evening networking event with full refreshments

Conference programme and information for presenters
The current program for the Laser66 conference will be available here at the end of October 2026.
Your oral presentations will be allocated 10 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion. Please take this into account when preparing your presentations. When designing posters, please adhere to the maximum dimensions of 90 x 110 cm.

Commercial presentations
In 2026, we have once again decided to dedicate a prominent space at the entrance to the main lecture hall for presentations by our commercial partners. This will give you the opportunity to showcase your offerings in a professional setting.
- Rental price for one table with two chairs and space for one rollup: 6,000 CZK
- Space for a second rollup: 2,000 CZK
- Space for a rollup in the lecture hall: 4,000 CZK
Please reserve your space well in advance. The number of tables and space for roll-ups in the lecture hall is limited. Based on experience, only three roll-ups can be displayed in the lecture hall. If you are interested, please let us know as soon as possible.
How can you support us?
In 2026, we are offering you the opportunity to support the organisation of the conference. Become our partners.
We offer partner logo placement on the website and in the conference proceedings. Partners will be introduced at the opening (with a brief presentation of their activities), during the evening networking event, and at the conference closing. Partners’ logos will be displayed before each conference session.
We also offer the opportunity to support the social program through general or partial sponsorship. Partners will be thanked by name during the program, and we will provide them with an opportunity to give a presentation.
Partners may also include their promotional materials in the conference bag.
